EPCOT Festival of the Holidays’ Vegan and Vegetarian Options

Posted on November 27, 2019November 27, 2019 by Theme Park Anthropologist

While most of Walt Disney World has made the transition of clearly marking items as plant-based, EPCOT’s Festival of the Holidays menus do not seem to be clearly marked for vegans and vegetarians (at least not on Disney’s website). I’m not sure if that means no items are vegan or vegetarian-friendly. It’s been my experience that some are vegan or vegetarian-friendly and EPCOT just doesn’t identify them as such. After looking at the options, I’ve compiled a list of savory items that COULD be vegan or vegetarian-friendly. It all depends on if there are any animal products used in making some of the sauces and broths and if certain ingredients can be omitted. The booths should have a list of all ingredients used in the dishes if you inquire at each booth.
