Pão de Queijo (Cheese Bread) at the Brazil booth is a fan favorite at the EPCOT Food and Wine Festival. I decided to head over there to try it for myself. I really didn’t have any interest in trying it because it seemed like a basic item. I’m glad I tried it. The booth served two large round rolls. They were so soft. It was like the cheese was infused in the actual bread, making it a kind of doughy consistency…in a good way. I was like a gooey cheese cloud. At $4.50, I would definitely consider this item a must try. It was easy to share too.
