I can’t believe it’s almost spring! On March 6, Epcot will be in full bloom with the 2019 Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival. It’s also a chance to fill up on some tasty spring inspired bites around the World Showcase. It looks like Disney has added some interesting options for vegans and vegetarians too….
