Grilled Curry Corn on the Cob at Animal Kingdom

Posted on October 31, 2018October 31, 2018 by Theme Park Anthropologist

While I trekked through Africa at Animal Kingdom, I noticed people walking around with grilled corn on the cob. It looked delicious! I tracked the origin of this snack to the Harambe Fruit Market. Corn on the cob was not on the menu at the stand or the menus on My Disney Experience app. The cast member at Harambe Fruit Market told me that it was a curry spiced grilled corn. They sold me at curry! I love that Animal Kingdom has been doing so many creative and flavorful creations with veggies, and this snack is no exception. It had a great taste. The curry was a little bit sweet and spicy but subtle. The flavor was great as is. It didn’t need any extra salt. I’m not sure if this will become a permanent offering at the Harambe Fruit Market, but if you happen to visit Animal Kingdom in the near future then you should definitely try this snack.
