Epcot Flower and Garden Festival: Garden Graze

Posted on April 7, 2020April 7, 2020 by Theme Park Anthropologist

I had a chance to go to the EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival on opening week. I’m not sure if the parks will open in time to experience any more of the festivities. If it does, I highly recommend the Garden Graze.

The Garden Graze is similar to other food booth activities. You get a passport and find five food items then get a stamp at each booth. The twist for this one is that every item is plant-based! This includes the delicious lime-mango Dole whip treat that you get after collecting all the stamps. In addition to the tasty frozen treat, you get a pack of purple basil seeds.

I would recommend this for anyone interested in trying new items. I was most excited to try the pineapple skewer and least excited to try the watermelon cucumber slushy, but it turned out that I liked the watermelon cucumber slushy WAY more than the pineapple. Here are the items included in the Garden Graze:

Grilled Baby Vegetables (Flavor Full Kitchen)
Impossible Farmhouse Meatball (Trowel and Trellis)
Pineapple Skewer (Refreshment Outpost)
Potato Pancakes (Bauernmarkt)
Watermelon Cucumber Slushy (Florida Fresh)
