Move over violet lemonade! There’s another vibrant violet beverage that’s available all year long at EPCOT. The Garden House in the Japan pavilion offers a Violet Sake, and it tastes as good as it looks. This cocktail has a nice balance of sweet and tart from pear and lime juice. It’s a refreshing cocktail to sip while sitting in the Japanese garden area listening to the Taiko Drummers. This is a must-try and I will be getting it again.
