Have you ever taken a ride on Spaceship Earth and wished there was a drink that tastes like Rome burning? If so, there’s a perfect drink for you over at Choza de Margarita in the Mexico pavilion. The Smoky Pineapple Margarita comes with Mezcal Ilegal Blanco, pineapple-ginger juice, Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur, and tajin chile-lime powdered rim. This drink is definitely smoky! While I enjoyed the unique flavor combinations of the fruit, smoke, and spice, I’m not sure this is a drink I would order again. The novelty of the flavors wore off about half-way through the drink. However, it’s definitely worth a try if you’re feeling a little adventurous.
