If you’re looking for a tasty and affordable pizza on Disney property, I suggest making your way over to Blaze Pizza at Disney Springs. Blaze Pizza has a build your own pizza assembly line like a Subway or Chipotle. This set up helps the long line move relatively fast. Once we told them that we wanted a vegan pizza, the girl changed her gloves and got toppings that would not have had cross-contamination. This attention to detail won huge points from me. My eyes widened like Michael Scott on Pretzel Day at the number of veggies to choose from and, like Michael Scott, I wanted all of them! In addition to the wide array of veggies, vegans can get plant-based cheese and chorizo added to their pie too.
The pizza was delicious. The wood-fired crust had a nice crunch to it and the toppings were cooked to perfection. Two of us were easily able to share this and not leave hungry. At under $10, this might be one of the best values at Disney Springs.
