Baseline Tap House is located in the Grand Avenue (near Muppet Vision 3D) in Hollywood Studios. The interior is meant to pay homage to a printing company that once partnered with Disney. Here, you’ll find a limited menu of small bites, beer, and cider. Since there’s no such thing as too many or too big of a pretzel, we decided to try the Bavarian pretzel that came with beer cheese and spicy mustard. This pretzel is everything you’d want it a pretzel. It had a golden brown, salty, and crispy exterior while the interior was soft. The beer cheese and spicy mustard were perfect accompaniments. It’s the perfect snack to enjoy while sipping on a craft beer or cider.
