It’s quite possible that had history played out differently, Disney would be represented by a rabbit rather than a mouse. Walt Disney first created Oswald the Lucky Rabbit in the 1920s, but his career with Disney was short lived before the rights were taken away from Walt and Oswald became the property of Universal Studios.
