I am in love…with a burger! We met at the ABC Commissary in Hollywood Studios. I have to admit that I’ve met so many bland theme park burgers in my life that I wasn’t sure if I was ready to dig into another one. I was hungry and the plant-based California Burger caught my eye as something to satisfy my basic needs. This burger was love at first bite. The flavors of the plant-based patty, spicy vegan mayo, vegan cheese, caramelized onions, and lettuce and tomato were in complete harmony. It’s rare that I don’t feel the need to “fix” my burger with other condiments, but this was one of those occasions. I enjoyed the California Burger more than my reliable burger that I get at my local vegan restaurant. Farewell California Burger until we meet again…and again…and again.
