Once upon a time in a galaxy far, far away a strange little popcorn stand popped up called Kat Saka’s Kettle. A weary traveler of the galaxy would not find the familiar buttery Earthling popcorn, but a strange red and purple, sweet and spicy “Outpost Mix.” How would this Earthling describe the taste in flavors that are familiar to our planet? It tastes like Trix cereal with cayenne pepper sprinkled in the mix. Like much of this unfamiliar land, it was missing something that makes me want to return. Maybe it’s homesickness for something more familiar to my home planet. If you’re with other galactic travelers, I would recommend getting one just to sample. This will save room and money to try other culinary oddities along your journey.
